Frequently asked questions

Can I manage a real hosting account here?

Yes. A paid hosting service can be provisioned to the hosting platform and managed from the Web & Hosting section, including file manager access and a preview URL.

Are dashboard statuses live?

Service, provisioning, mailbox, DNS, payment, and renewal statuses are loaded from your account data. Provider work may still show Processing until it completes.

How do I sign in to my Pavwell account?

Use Sign in in the navigation, then enter your account credentials or use the available sign-in option. Password resets use a one-time verification code.

Can I manage my hosting from the dashboard?

Yes. Depending on your permissions, you can assign domains, open the file manager, view previews, manage websites, and review hosting resources.

Why does the dashboard show sample usage?

The dashboard uses example metrics to demonstrate the interface. They are not measurements from a real account.

I paid for a domain and hosting; where should I look first?

Open Services and Billing. The domain should appear separately from the hosting plan. Assign the domain under Web & Hosting; then the hosting worker can create the hosting account and preview while the domain is Processing.
