Make a deposit for one service renewal
Renew a domain, hosting plan, or email plan without mixing its payment with your general balance.
Quick answer
Open Dashboard → Billing, find the exact service in Services available for renewal, and select Renew. The payment area identifies the service and reserves the deposit for that renewal only.
How to do it
- 1
Open Billing
Use the dashboard sidebar or the account menu to open Billing & Invoices.
- 2
Choose the exact service
Domain registration, web hosting, and email hosting appear as separate renewal rows with their domain, interval, and due date.
- 3
Select Renew
The page focuses the deposit payment area and shows a renewal-only note for the selected service.
- 4
Choose the period and amount
Select monthly or yearly where the service supports both, enter the amount, choose EcoCash, OneMoney, or card, and complete payment.
- 5
Follow the status
The payment remains Processing until confirmation. Once successful, the service expiry is extended and suspended hosting is restored by the worker.

Frequently asked questions
Why do I see separate domain and hosting renewals?
A domain registration and hosting account are separate services with different periods, prices, and provider actions, so each gets its own renewal record.
Does a renewal deposit become general balance?
No. A deposit started from a service Renew action is tagged for that service and period. A normal Deposit action is the general account balance flow.
What if I only want to add funds?
Open Billing without a renew query and use the Add balance form. That deposit remains available for future billing.
What if a renewal payment is still Processing?
Do not submit another payment immediately. Keep the payment reference, check its status in Billing, and contact support if the provider does not confirm it. The service is extended only after confirmation.
