Frequently asked questions
What happens after payment?
Payment confirmation creates your purchased services immediately in the dashboard. Provisioning, domain registration, and DNS work may remain Processing until the providers finish.
Why is a domain billed separately from hosting?
A domain name and hosting are different services. The cart lists their prices and renewal periods separately.
How do I get to checkout?
Open the cart from the top navigation or choose Checkout at the bottom of the shop sidebar. The cart count shows how many items you have added.
Can I change or remove something in my cart?
Yes. Use the quantity controls or remove button beside each item in checkout, or return to the shop to select other services.
Why does my domain have a yearly price?
Domain registration is normally renewed for a registration period, commonly one year. The preview displays domains with a per-year price.
Does checkout activate my hosting or email?
Payment starts provisioning. Hosting can be prepared while a domain is pending; email delivery waits for the domain and mail DNS to become active.
I paid successfully but see no website yet. What should I do?
Open Services and check that the paid web-hosting service exists, then select a purchased or connected domain for it. A domain-only or email-only purchase does not create a website. If the hosting service is Processing, follow its activity status while the worker provisions it.
