Understand Pavwell expiry, suspension, and restoration
Learn what happens when a domain, web hosting, or email service reaches its renewal date.
Quick answer
Pavwell sends service reminders before expiry, shows the affected service in Billing, and applies service-specific suspension rules when a renewal becomes overdue. Renewing the exact service starts restoration through the provisioning worker.
How to do it
- 1
Watch the renewal date
Billing lists each domain, hosting, and email service separately with its own interval and due date.
- 2
Use the reminder link
Open the reminder or choose Renew beside the exact service. The payment section identifies the service and reserves the deposit for it.
- 3
Understand suspension
An overdue website may show a Pavwell suspension page, while domain and email actions can remain restricted until renewal is confirmed.
- 4
Restore the service
Complete the renewal payment and follow the Processing and Active statuses while the worker restores access and certificates.

Frequently asked questions
Will one renewal pay for all my services?
No. Domain, hosting, email, and other renewable services are separate. Choose the exact service you want to renew.
What happens to a suspended website’s files?
The website is made unavailable while the service is overdue, but its hosting data is retained for restoration according to the service policy.
Can I add general balance instead?
Yes. Use Add balance without a renewal link. That deposit remains available for future billing rather than being reserved for one service.
What happens if I do not renew on time?
The affected service can be suspended according to its period and policy. Renew the exact service from Billing; restoration may take time for DNS, website, mailbox, or registry recovery.
