Frequently asked questions
What happens after I buy an available domain?
The domain is submitted for registration and remains Processing in your dashboard until the registry confirms it. You receive an activation update when it becomes live.
Does buying a domain create a website automatically?
No. A domain is only the address. A CyberPanel website is created when you also have a paid web-hosting plan, select that domain for the plan, and the hosting worker provisions it.
What if my domain is still Processing?
Keep the domain in your account while the registry checks it. A paid hosting plan can be prepared with a preview URL, but public traffic and email delivery wait for activation and DNS propagation.
Can I add a domain when buying hosting or email?
Yes. Select “Add a domain to my cart,” search for a name, choose its ending, and search before adding the service.
How much does a .co.zw domain cost?
A .co.zw domain is $2/year. Availability is checked before it can be added to the cart.
Which domain endings can I search?
The search supports .co.zw, .org.zw, .ac.zw, .com, .net, and .org.
Can I buy a domain without web hosting?
Yes. A domain name and web hosting are separate services. You can add only a domain to the cart and add hosting later if needed.
What makes a good business domain name?
Choose a name that is short, easy to spell, and recognizable as your business. Avoid confusing punctuation and check that the name matches how customers know you.
