Understand prices and billing periods
Learn how one-time, monthly, mailbox, and yearly prices are shown in the shop.
Quick answer
The price label beside a service explains its billing period. Domains renew yearly, hosting can be monthly or yearly where offered, email plans follow their listed annual period, and website design is a one-time project price.
How to do it
- 1
Read the price and cadence together
For example, “$5 / month” is recurring monthly pricing, while “$60 one time” is a single project price.
- 2
Check selected extras
Optional features can add to the service price. Review the updated total after changing a selection.
- 3
Check yearly billing
Where available, yearly billing shows the full billed amount and an estimated monthly equivalent.
- 4
Review renewal terms
At checkout, confirm the displayed total and period. After purchase, each renewable service appears separately in Billing with its own due date and Renew action.

Frequently asked questions
Is the monthly equivalent the amount charged today?
No. For a yearly plan, the full yearly total is the amount displayed for that billing period; the monthly equivalent is only a comparison.
Are taxes included?
The checkout preview notes that applicable taxes would be calculated at confirmation; no real order is processed here.
What does one-time price mean?
A one-time price is shown for a single purchase or project rather than a recurring monthly or yearly service. Website design packages are displayed this way in the preview.
How is email hosting charged?
Email plans are annual shared-storage plans with included account limits. Optional storage and account add-ons are shown before checkout.
Will I be charged for optional add-ons?
Paid options increase the displayed service total. Review the configured total and selected extras before adding the service.
How do I renew one service without paying for another?
Open Billing and choose Renew on the specific domain, hosting, or email service. The deposit form focuses on that service and marks the payment as reserved for that renewal only.
Why do my monthly hosting and yearly domain show different due dates?
They are separate services with separate billing periods. Renew the exact row that is due; renewing hosting does not renew the domain automatically.
